Officially founded in 2010 and supported by the large professional experience of it´s partners, Vista Consulting was created as a financial "boutique" in order to provide financial consulting and advisory services focusing mainly mid and small businesses, normally started by entrepreneurial families.

As a main objective, Vista Consulting intend to provide adequate contribution to our customer´s needs in terms of financial consulting and advisory services, focusing mainly the following approaches: Treasury management optimization, EBITDA analysis and performance improvement, Cost and expense structure evaluation and optimization, Business plans construction, "Start-ups" support in business modeling and feasibility studies, Debt resstructuring, Business valuations, M&A advisory services, among other strategic and financial approaches demanded.   

The financial consulting and advisory services provided by Vista Consulting does not follow strict methodologies or pre-defined solutions. Vista Consulting brings a customized approach based on a very detailed understanding of customer´s needs, substantiated with partners knowledge and experience in business and financial processes. Therefore, we develop our projects with high performance small teams, with an adequate balance between technical knowledge, academic background and professional “hands-on” experience.
